SMS Sidebar is an extension for Mozilla applications such as Firefox, Thunderbird and Sunbird that allows sending of SMS text messages via a public gateway.

SMS Sidebar is currently in in beta stage but fully usable. I use it every day.

I'm in particular looking for testers who:

• are willing to provide useful feedback.
• use non-latin scripts on their mobile phones.
• aren't afraid to file sensible bug reports in bugzilla.

I'm also seeking localizers who will translate the extension's language files into their language (and maintain the translations). It's not a difficult thing to do and you get credit for your work.
